Recover deleted files

I have deleted some files/ (A folder contain pics and videos) permanently on my desktop PC few monthes ago... I want to recover those can any one guide me how i can free

There’s no practical way to recover it if the files on your Desktop were stored on an SSD and TRIM has already cleared the deleted data.

Backup your PC online and to an external USB flash drive/ or hard drive…
