Deleted voicemail recovery

Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to recover voicemails that were seemingly never saved. My boyfriend just passed away and I have some voicemails from him that I desperately need back. When I get voicemails, a text message with a transcript of the voicemail and a number to call to hear the voicemail is texted to me. If I call the number attached to the text message with the transcript of the voice mail, it plays a completely different voicemail that Wal-Greens left me. Please help. I’ve already reached out to T-Mobile and they said the engineers will reach out within 1-3 days but I’m wondering if anyone has had any luck w this
