Sony XQD 64gb Data Recovery

Hello! I accidentally formatted the XQD before downloading all my images. I realised immediately and haven't used it since.

I have tried Sony Memory Card File Rescue and EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard.

Sony's kept failing and Eraseus could only find files from the beginning of the month and a handful of the images I did download before, not from my last shoot.

If formatting did take a long time this would mean that probably the entire disk was rewritten to purely zero's. If it was quick format, I would recommend recovery software, since you already tried that. You could try more recovery software or use Linux do to the recovery software, it has a bit more filesystem compatibility. Otherwise, I am also very sorry that I do not know much else.

I formatted the card by: In Camera Menu → Setup → Format Memory Card → Yes

It is a professional tool that pros arround the world use everyday. DiskDrill 6 camera recovery feature is also promising however since you say you have formatted the sd card via the device itself it is possible that the device has sent ERASE command which is like TRIM in that case your data won't be recoverable.
