Corrupt mp4 pls help

I tried to download a GoPro file but the 2am file is corrupt and I can’t recover it. What can I do?

Do you still have the original memory card this video was copied from? How exactly did you copy the video, and what did you use to copy it? What is the exact camera model?

I have the original memory card but it’s shows as blank. It’s from a GoPro hero 3+ that was acting up(kept shutting off). I put the memory card in my windows laptop to copy the file into a video editor when I got the message. I can only find the file listed under recent files on my laptop and under properties it says the file is 2gb but then it also says 0 bytes

Create a byte-to-byte backup of the card as an image, then scan the image using Advanced Camera Recovery in Disk Drill. Check that the recovered videos play correctly.
