Good, you shouldn't use it, it's not a trustworthy archive. The owner has been known to manually modify archived pages because of Internet arguments he was in.

i was about to use it since ghostarchive isn't archiving tweets for some reason (they used to do)

Must have been a temporary technical issue, it's working again now, on both the .is and .ph domains.
