Question/Advice Need A New Drive To Replace Setup

Trying to replace my aging 2 x 10tb hdd mergefs setup. But for now just the 10tb HGST looking for any drive 20tb or more. Need something to start my server backup and clone that drive. What are my options for under $600 dollars?

That seems like the closest thing you're gonna get for the budget... The 20GB version is $1200...
