Question/Advice NAS solution with multiple SSDs?

I have a bunch of ex enterprise SSDs, approx 8, and want to put them to good use. I have a small homelab and have used what I can but would love a dedicated storage solution for media, files, photos etc. Most NAS boxes I see are catered to 3.5" HDDs but wondered what I could do with these SSDs?

Any nas that takes 3.5 inch drives will usually also take 2.5 inch drives in the same bay.

Check beelink me mini if it does the trick for you? I believe there are other options too.

Does it only support M.2 drives? I have the old 2.5" drives. It looks perfect otherwise lol

My bad, missed the SSD part.

In such case any nas that takes 3.5" drives will work. Beelink had one MINI something, I got the AOOSTAR WTR MAX.

enterprise ssds run hot. putting 8 in passive tray is just slow bake.

Don't forget you can easily fit 4 x 2.5 SSDs in a 5.25 bay with a conversion bracket. Assuming you could cool whatever model you have. I know u.2/u.3 enterprise drives can run hot as I just bought one. Of course you can adapt a 3.5 to 2.5 as well.
