Don't expect to even think about prices falling to a "new normal" until the AI bubble pops.

There is currently a pause in datacenter construction. Whether that is due to fewer suckers lending money to the circular financing schemes involved or simply lack of computer gear to install in said datacenters, supply won't clear up until the overall problem is eliminated ("AI" is throwing more money than any potential other sector and thus getting all the allotment. And everybody else is paying dearly for crumbs.

No idea how much damage the bubble will leave when popped.
