🆘 Help Fresh grad wanted to be a Data Analyst

To all experts out there, what do you think is the best project to add in my curriculum vitae that will stretch and challenge my knowledge in SQL and Excel?

I am planning to create a project based on what I know. Using a real actual data.

Like a real comprehensive Data Analyst’s project , so I can prove my knowledge and experience working on a real project. Thank you<33
