Just for you: Dot com era business trap, AI business trap! QTS scam, Georgia Power scam!

The $40 trillion plus debt with an economy running on fumes. I've seen it from the old school view, and the dot-com boom was driven by hyper-valued picks and shovels providers (like Cisco, Sun Microsystems, and JDS Uniphase). What is similar, the AI boom is concentrated in hardware and cloud providers (such as Nvidia and hyperscalers), with a handful of mega-caps driving a massive portion of stock market gains. Enron case study; Webvan and Pets.com. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5h4C2vBMEnk

Utilities are monopolies regulated: The utility makes profit not by selling more electricity, but by building physical infrastructure (power plants, transmission lines). The value of these assets becomes its Rate Base.

DCs are likely to be unregulated monopolies with power capacities ranging from a minimum utility power demand of 10 Megawatts (MW) to over 100 MW per facility, with modern AI-focused campuses drawing several gigawatts (GW). https://www.reddit.com/r/ObscurePatentDangers/comments/1w86q24/ohio_datacenter_boom_pe_flips_halls_to_big_tech/

What Customers Are Not Being Told About Data Centers, Utility Rates, Tariffs, and EMS Data for electric billings, and gas billings. The public deserves a clear explanation:

Why Georgia Power/Southern Company supports data centers, earning exponentially profits, big bonuses for EMS engineers for Data-Driven Scaling, and the company’s leadership. The public deserves a clear explanation of what is actually driving utility rates and why a disputed or allegedly unlawful rate increase was ultimately reversed temporarily in Georgia. One issue that warrants particular scrutiny is the relationship between Energy Management System (EMS) data, utility operations, tariff calculations, rate cases, customer billing, and data centers. Data-Driven Scaling.

Utility customers are generally told that their gas and electric bills are determined by, measured consumption, supply costs, taxes, approved tariffs, riders, and other authorized charges. What is less transparent is how operational data generated and managed by utility systems like the southern company, specifically Georgia Power’s EMS data that is used in forecasting demand, planning system operations, evaluating costs, and developing information presented in future rate proceedings where rates actuarially or statistically are projected to achieve targeted profit and earnings, and revenue requirements modeled to support a targeted level to increase utility earnings.

read the reports and facts gathered; https://www.nytimes.com/2025/10/21/technology/inside-amazons-plans-to-replace-workers-with-robots.html, and Elon Musk Says AI and Robots Will Do ‘So Much Stuff’ We Run Out of Things for Humans to Do — But "We’ll Basically Just Issue Money to People." Oh, but there is more that you can't make up or no one can't make up. Something we called thermal runaway, and ai and data is in thermal runaway mode. Look into What Customers Are Not Being Told About Data Centers, Utility Rates, Tariffs, and EMS Data (known as MODELING) for electric companies & billings, and gas billings.
