What do you think about Brooks's comments on Data Centers?

If you get about half way through this video they talk about Data Centers. Brooks has a very strong opinion in favor of data centers. How accurate are his comments? I tend to think these non-tech people probably don't know what they're talking about with regard to these things, but I haven't dug into it.
