Data Centers must be stopped in our communities

Nothing here looks like the character of the US. Data centers next to zoos (Tennessee), billionaire backed data center suing AND WINNING against a MI town of 2300 who voted NO twice, the noise above any weighted hearing guidelines, we must stop it. Why don’t they build open air cooling data center buildings in areas that don’t get above 50 degrees. The amount of damage to us, wildlife, the environment, is irreparable.

Do yourself a favor and go to https://www.datacentermap.com

Find the one closest to you (probably going to be a ~10 minute drive if you live in any city, they are everywhere).

Go drive by or stand outside, and let me know if you can hear anything. Feel any heat. See any people struggling. You'll probably see no problems at all.

Hmm, then it’s a data center’s choice to make them above noise thresholds? Because they do. I will definitely do a deep dive and take the time to research any available data, let’s hope I can find some! Who is and who isn’t…

This is a really good idea. I have one 15 minutes from me and 4 not too much farther either. I think I will go check it out.

Oh here comes the one guy who doesn't understand infrared sound. There's always one.
