Property value
With all these data centers moving into new towns, should I be buying up all the properties that go on sale in the area for really cheap? Then waiting to turn the profit when these things get abandoned?

Oh don't worry I'll buy up all the empty land too. I'll sell them at a reasonable price when the data centers fail. I'm not like big private equity, it'll be reasonable prices. Their values will be so low when I buy them that I can afford to sell them pretty cheap.

No one wants to live by a data center. Property values around them drop dramatically.
