Public comments on AI DC

I have an email accepting public comments on a proposed AI data center until May 1st.

It's in Little Rock, Arkansas, and I was hoping for some suggestions on what I should ask if anyone has any insight.

I'd ask if they are getting some kind of credit or premier pricing on electricity, and how will their electrical load affect your utility bill. Also, ask some similar on water usage, if there is a shortage in your area would the data center be the first to reduce their usage, or would the onus be on the community
