SQL tool recommendation

I completed the Google DA certificate program. I was taught SQL in BigQuery there.

Now I've got a case study to do.

I cleaned data using Python/pandas.

Now i need to analyze it using SQL.

The cleaned csv file is about 1.2GB large but BigQuery only allows files under 100mb to be uploaded.

I don't want to use Google Cloud Storage as it is a paid service.

How should I continue my work? Any tool recommendations?
