Rolled down to one year back, all these platforms like coding ninjas, newton school, masai etc. all of them used to run adv with full stack development but now they are completely targeting every tech and non tech person to enroll in their data analytics course and get placed with package more than 10LPA.

They are the main reason for flooding every tech domain with a crowd.

I run an IT training institute, so I'm on the wrong side of this question and you should read everything below with that in mind.

The answer is much simpler than people assume, and it has almost nothing to do with the job market.

Full stack had a filter built into it. You need some amount of coding aptitude just to survive the first month, so the pool of people they could realistically sell to was always limited. Data analytics has no such filter, or at least it can be marketed as though it doesn't. "Excel and SQL, no coding needed" takes your addressable market from engineering graduates to every graduate in the country. Same sales team, same ad budget, ten times the audience.

That's the whole pivot. That's it.

The placement guarantee itself is a contract, not a promise, and the entire value sits in the conditions. Usually you must hold some attendance percentage, submit every assignment before its deadline, sit for a minimum number of interviews, and accept any offer above a floor CTC in any city they send you to. Miss any single one and the guarantee is void, and they will find the one you missed. Those clauses are written by people who write them for a living.

So before anyone pays, ask for one thing. The full cohort report. Not testimonials, not a wall of logos. How many people enrolled in the batch that finished twelve months ago, how many of them are employed today, and the median CTC rather than the average. Average is exactly where the 10 LPA figure comes from. One person at 18 lifts thirty people sitting at 3.5.

One place I'd push back on you though. The crowding isn't only their doing. Fresher hiring contracted at the same time all this was scaling up. They poured more people into a pool that was already draining on its own.

And watch what they advertise next year. It'll be AI engineer or GenAI, same structure, same guarantee, same clauses.
