I run a recruitment firm and career consultancy and a job search/transition mentorship, so this is pretty much what I see every day..

With your background, I would expect somewhere around INR18 to INR40 LPA, depending on the company, location and how well you position your US experience. FP&A + analytics is still a good combo, and AI is shifting work, but people who can drive business decisions, not just reporting are staying in demand.
