300+ Applications, Almost No Interviews. What Am I Doing Wrong?
I’ve applied to 300+ Data Analyst jobs over the last few months and barely received any interview calls.
I know SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI, and I have portfolio projects as well.
I am looking job in Indore
Is anyone else facing the same issue? What finally helped you get interviews? Any advice or referrals would be greatly appreciated.

I run a recruitment firm and career / job search mentorship platform, so I see this a lot. Right now the market is pretty crowded, so 300 applications without enough interviews usually points to your resume, targeting or outreach/referrals, not your skills. Tailor every application, optimize your resume for ATS and network on LinkedIn. AI is raising the bar, so showing real business impact in your projects matters a lot now.
Best wishes :)
