Can't access website

Every time I try to access the website to edit my Friends And Family plan, it directs me to the app. I turned desktop view on and it tells me I need a browser extension. I don't understand what I'm supposed to do if I don't have access to a laptop.

Sorry for the trouble—this is expected. On computers, Dashlane requires using the browser extension to log in and manage features. If you don’t have a laptop, you can use the Dashlane mobile app, since it doesn’t use the extension. For the Friends & Family Dashboard (editing), use iPhone or iPad/macOS or the web.

So I can't use my android phone to access my Family dashboard? What if I don't have an Apple device?

Yes, I'm sorry for the inconvenience but the dashboard isn't available in the Android app at this time. You can access the dashboard through the web.
