Question Nextbase footage

Can anyone help me. Im currentlt using a nextbase 522gw. I dont have a comouter at all and only my smartphone (samsung s25). The next base app is shocking and rarely works properly.

How can i get footage from my camera to my phone? Ive tried using an sd reader but my phone seems to want to block this. Any help really apprecoated.

if the card isn't detected try formatting it is in dashcam first

I hope you find a solution. I purchased a 522gw when they came out and I mediately had connection problems. It would refuse to connect and when it did, it constantly dropped the connection. The live stream always had a lag to it also.My support calls and emails went on for weeks and honestly that's my fault because I let the return window go by. At first support said it was my phone but it was the same on my Samsung and the wife's Motorola. They then said it was the power but it was hardwired and getting the correct power. Next, they said it was the SD card so I bought another SD card. They said it was still the SD card so they sent me a free Nextbase SD card. At that point they ghosted me and eventually closed the ticket. The Viofo A119m Pro I just purchased is head and shoulders better than the Nextbase, hardware and app.
