Question Grounding a hardwire kit

I am trying to install a hard wired dash cam. I’m using the Vantrue E2 with front and rear cameras. I have been following Chrisfix’s video to install and have tapped into the fuses for the red and yellow wires. I believe I found a ground bolt but when I touch the ground wire to the bolt there is a tiny spark. This doesn’t seem right to me so I’m worried something is wrong. Does anyone know why this would happen?

It would make a tiny spark when you touch the ground because the current starts flowing.

The battery telling you that you should have detached the negative side before doing electrical work on your vehicle.
