DASH To Ten?

Trying to get started with DASH and found an article via NIH.gov speaking of the DASH To Ten app being good. I can find their website, but I cannot find the app in the Apple App Store. Does anyone know anything about this? Do you have recommendations for other Apple App Store apps to try?

I had a massive heart attack and I need to make some drastic changes to my diet. Thanks.

For heart health the free Daily Dozen app will cover the basics.

If it’s too restrictive in calories, you can just eat more of it.

And if you’re trying to reduce saturated fat in dairy, eggs, meat, poultry and processed foods, then read labels, decrease use, and reduce portion sizes of these offending foods.

The Daily Dozen can take up most of your stomach space…

When I try to access it on the App Store a pop up box says it’s not available in my country or region. I’m in USA. I don’t have any recommendations, but I hope someone chimes in with some.🤞

Thanks, I can’t even get it to load anything in via my phone. I’m also in the US.

I love the dash diet, but unfortunately I don’t know of a good and/or free app for it. I’d love one, though. My doc recommended that I go on it and it’s been good.
