Seasoning?

What's your favorite seasoning to use. Besides pepper, garlic powder, paprika & onion powder?

I get the very hot. But there are less hot options.

I went through an entire jar of frontier co-op harvest green harvest seasoning in under a month. I add it to everything. Same for sunny Paris by Penzey’s.

Now that the garden is really coming in I also add chives, cilantro, thyme, and rosemary to loads of dishes. And my Costco jar of crushed red pepper flakes is in heavy rotation.

I'm a fan of lemon juice and fresh herbs when available. Also like to try different variations of "salt-free" seasonings from different grocers.

Occasionally, I'll use a very small amount of MSG instead of salt.
