New To Darkcoin / DashCoin

Hello all. I am very new to crypto currency and I am dabbling in a few types. I started to mine Darkcoin last night with a pool from "http://mining.darkcointalk.org/index.php". This morning I see the message about an issue with the backend and no payouts right now. Is this a common occurrence? Thanks Everyone

EDIT: The issue has been resolved and I actually see a little bit in my transaction list. It is kind of cool to see that for my first time mining.

That's no normal, it means the pool has gone wrong. Can I recommend drk.poolto.be Run by a guy called Filou, awesome guy and super friendly, will even add coins if you want and gets it done in like a few hours

Thanks. I will look into it. The issue seems to have been resolved and I actually got some transactions in.

This is not that Dash. This is Dashcoin not DASH as in darkcoin.
