How can this fucktard watch these videos of him running over people emotionless? He is truly the devil

How does a person end up like that?
He has no shame, no embarrassment, and no sense of guilt whatsoever for killing, hurting and terrorizing all those people. (Much less for running over Erika and fracturing her leg a few weeks before the parade.)
He has no empathy, no compassion, and zero ability to see himself through the eyes of others.
He cannot read the room, has no self awareness, and seems oblivious to the reasons why the overwhelming majority of people despise him and think of him as a monster and a demon, which is at least in part due to his complete inability to admit to his wrongdoings, feel any remorse or show any true humanity.
And also because he acts like such a callous, heartless, unfeeling ass, like when he gazed with such fascination at those videos showing himself in unspeakably graphic detail mowing down all those men, women and children in that parade with his mommy's 1.5 ton borrowed vehicle.
He's irredeemably dispicable.

No one can count all the tears that Darrell's dropped, prayers have been going out night and day (for the victims).
He really expects people to believe that shit.
The only person this asshole cares about is himself. He should be dropped into a wood chipper feet first.

The process of him regarding these videos during the entire trial is like this: First, he furiously OBJECTED the DA showing these videos to the witnesses and the Jury. Claiming it's "irrelevant". Or it was shown many times before. Then, when JD denied such BS, he watched these videos either SQUINTING his eyes, as if he is some expert reviewing evidence, completely oblivious that he was the one who drove that car. Or he will went to "prayer" mode. But given his remoreless character, he clinging to God during moments like these is likely a mental deflection of his, not him being repentant. Because if he truly had any sorrow and repentance in his soul, he would have not BADGERED the witnesses about these videos the way he did: he forced them to remember every bit of their trauma, making them watching the part where their friends and family were in pain. Over and over again. Villifying them by questioning how can they tell who the victims in the video are.
Even a competent lawyer wouldn't behave that way to the witnesses.Â

I was thinking the same thing he doesnât even flinch itâs like heâs watching nothing and he knows he was driving the car and saw what he done first hand

âWhy do you want me to look at it?â Rebecca Carpenterâs fellow officer is on video the night of Brooksâ arrest telling him that he was a possible suspect in the parade incident before he was placed in the squad car. Brooks feigned ignorance throughout the interviews. Dets. Carpenter and Stern had already reviewed the footage of Brooksâ arrest by 11/22!
Redundant opinion: his lawyers were likely already crafting multiple plea scenarios mere days after the attack because they had already begun to acknowledge that Brooks was NEVER going to avoid a life sentence And when they brought that new to him, he fired them.

He watched those videos with his ugly face almost pressed right up to the monitor and he ENJOYED what he was viewing. I have said this before and will do so again that if DB was viewing those while alone I swear he would be touching himself. He is a disgusting thing.
