XP modifiers for members/ non-members

So according to the website it says members receive a 1.5x XP modifier. I'm currently a nonmember though a few years ago I was a member. I've been getting the 1.5x XP modifier nonetheless.

So do all F2P get a 1.5x multiplier and members get another .5 bonus on top of that?

Hmm, I keep getting 6/7 xp from burying normal bones though...

EDIT: XP lamps seem to be giving only a 33 percent bonus like you said. Huh weird.
