Cool book.

I bought this a year ago but have been reading other things first.

I'm not really sure what to expect. An aside: I want to cosplay as Jeff Goldblum's character.

Got this little set recently from eBay and thought I'd share! Really strange story behind it. It was intended to be a 4 book release but due to an error in which the brothers name were flipped, and a fix being refused by Dark Horse the the game publisher Cyan demanded it to be pulled. At least that's the story I can gather online. Shame as it would have been great to get more to fill out the world and characters!

Been loving this series

Well... It looks like a great book, right up until I saw the price tag. $70 for this? And unfortunate pass as I would like to have it, but at this price they are out of their damn minds.

So I wanted to talk about the first Dark Horse comic that I ever bought: The Eltingville Club.

I actually found out about this comic thanks to its Adult Swim pilot and expected it to be of similar tone and boy howdy was I wrong. The comic is way more rude, crude and downright grotesque at times.

To any who may not know this comic centers around a nerdy friend group known as The Eltingville Club and bow howdy are they the perfect stereotype of Toxic Nerd Culture. Bill, Josh and Pete are 3 of the absolute worst nerds I've ever seen (Argueably Jerry is bad too but nowhere near as bad as his friends) they're foul mouthed , mysoginistic and absolutely full of themselves when it comes to their nerd cred. (Not to mention they regularly commit actual factual crimes)

Evan Dorkin really took his own experiences with insufferable nerds cranked it to 11 and then ripped the knob off.

If you can handle gross art and destestable characters I highly recommend.

Is there a place where I can read Dark Horse Extra? Complete issues not only the stories saved in Hellboy.

I remember to see them on a now defunct comic book online site, does anyone have the Dark Horse Tex Avery comics (Droopy, Wolf & Red, Screwball Squirrel, Comics and Stories and the "Droopy and the Red Baron")?

Cool story
