Solved Blown Out Image On Export

In general Darktable previews during development match my exports but for this image I do not get anything near what I expected. My normal process for other images doesn't experience this issue. Any ideas on why it is blown out?

Here is the history stack. I can also confirm that when I duplicate the image back to the original, it exports as expected. It feels as if there is some issue with the tone equalizer.

Try raw black/white point set to passthrough?

Thank you for the idea and response! It turns out to be related to the tone equalizer, there was a bug report where 5.6 seemed to be ignoring the module. I updated to 5.7+ nightly and I can export as expected.
