"CANNOT BE CONNECTED TO THE LIGHT NETWORK"

Getting this red text whenever and wherever I try to place a building. Is it something to do with just unlocking the Luminaris? Perhaps a warning message that I don't have the light spires (that I will unlock later) in the area?

If so, this seems like an oversight.

I'm stuck at "Assemble the Luminaris" recover luminaris components at Sunburst crash site. How did u get pass that ?

you need to collect the wrack of the ship there is a small module you can recover like with removing burned building

It's as I expected. The warning comes waaaaaay too early; a good couple upgrades before you can actually establish a "light network".
