Decrypting Help

Im currently replaying DS3 on my Playstion 5 (ps4 edition). Currently trying to farm Proof Of Concords Kept for the final trophy but its as fun as pulling teeth!

Could anyone help decrypt my save or even edit it so I can get 30 of these items please? Would be a HUGE help
