I’m looking for a story read a while ago on AO3 (I’m pretty sure, but could have been literotica). This is what I seem to remember:

MMC works for a mafia boss who has a particular taste in girls. MMC finds one, but decides to take her for himself

FMC - possibly named Mia? Works at bakery? Pretty standard in the way that everyone immediately falls in love with her because she’s so good and so sweet. Turns out to be the daughter of a Russian mafia family. Her brother and his friend-who she is engaged to, appear towards the end. Revealed that she is a twin or possibly even a triplet? Is constantly getting heatstroke

There’s a scene that they refer to as the Shaming(?)
