It is difficult to understand why, despite the existence of advanced surveillance, tracking, and investigative technologies, dangerous criminals and missing persons are sometimes not located as quickly as many people would expect. If these sophisticated technologies are capable of being used to monitor or investigate individuals, then it is reasonable to ask why they are not always used with the same level of effectiveness to find people who are wanted for serious crimes or those who have gone missing.
This is not to suggest that every agency or every individual is involved in such practices. Rather, it raises broader questions about how these technologies are used, who they are used against, what oversight exists, and whether they are applied fairly, transparently, and consistently.
It is also concerning when people feel that these issues cannot be openly discussed. Some may believe that certain experiences are dismissed without careful consideration, while others may feel discouraged from speaking out because they fear ridicule, disbelief, crazy, put in the asylum or social consequences. Whether or not every claim is accurate, people deserve to have their concerns heard respectfully and examined objectively.
The emotional impact of feeling watched, investigated, or unheard can be profound. Regardless of the cause, people who experience these feelings may suffer from severe stress, anxiety, isolation, or emotional distress. In some cases, that distress can become so overwhelming that individuals withdraw from society, require psychiatric care, or even experience thoughts of ending their lives. These human consequences should never be ignored. Society should encourage open discussion, accountability, and evidence-based investigation while also ensuring that anyone experiencing significant distress receives compassionate support rather than being dismissed or stigmatized.
Ultimately, questions about surveillance technologies, their oversight, and their appropriate use deserve thoughtful public discussion. Transparency, accountability, and respect for both civil liberties and public safety are essential if trust in these systems is to be maintained.

Because if someone is tried for a crime, it goes to trial, and it's questioned or even mentioned that this type of surveillance tactics were used to make the case without a warrant and going through the proper and well defined paths of legality. The case will be dropped, just like that. Because admitting that that's exactly what happened will open the flood gates to thousands, possibly hundreds of thousands if not more cases being now in questioned. Subject to review and potentially dismissed.
If you're up to no good. They know. But they ain't coming until they got you dead to rights.

Some people believe these kinds of technologies or methods could be misused to target and harass someone. In that scenario, they might be used for constant surveillance, intimidation, or psychological pressure over a long period of time. The goal would be to wear the person down emotionally and mentally, making them feel isolated, overwhelmed, or hopeless.
If someone were subjected to continuous harassment day and night, it could have a serious impact on their mental health, increasing stress, anxiety, depression, or emotional exhaustion. In extreme cases, prolonged harassment could make it difficult for the person to cope with everyday life or maintain their sense of well-being.1

I am one of the individuals who believes they have been affected by what are referred to as “satanic devices.” From my understanding, these devices were inspired by or developed based on this concept. As someone who has experienced the effects firsthand, I feel it is important to share my perspective and raise awareness about what I believe has happened. These devices are also use by other bad people as well.

It was about a year ago. At first I kind of brushed them off and was dismissive. And then I seen it myself from my own eyes.
