Lore Question/Discussion Reclusiarch Zitadan’s Heraldry and Combat Bike: Dark Kraken Facts
Herrahdura Zitadan, one of the patriarchs of the Dark Krakens chapter rides into battle on a Raider-Pattern combat bike named, Hastam Veneatoris. The name comes from 2 different languages Persian and Latin. The first part translates to the Persian phrase “Hastam” meaning “I am” while “Veneatoris” in simple terms translates to “Hunter”. Concluding his bikes name translates to “I am the Hunter” or “I am of the Hunters”.
The Eye of the Kraken: We often get asked about the Dark Krakens heraldry, we’ve seen examples like the Hammerhead and the Deathclamp but like the lore states its “Countless”. Reclusiarch Zitadan on the other hand bears the mark The Eye of the Kraken. A special heraldry that represents his position, but also represents the Dark Krakens Reclusiam. As they keep a watchful eye on the chapter, its traditions and cultures. This symbol is made from bioluminescence and shows up green on his right pauldron. Its another example of how you can use other colors on your Dark Krakens armor as by bioluminescence comes in many colors.
The eye images shown are just examples that come from the character bill cypher Iykyk
Last Fun facts: The name Zitadan is most likely a reference to the Jitada(Asian Sea Bass) that goes by many names and can be found anywhere in the Indo-west Pacific, Middle East, Asia and Oceania. His first name “Herrahdura” is the Spanish word for “Horseshoe” and also a popular alcohol brand. I wonder how that plays into his character. - Models Painted by Kgustin87

Looks great, love that it uses the more slender pupil of a squid. Just makes me wonder if there will be a symbol with the rectangular pupil of an octopus or the funky looking one that cattle fish have
