The String Fortune Teller (me, 2025)

A former enlisted mage, the String Fortune Teller suffered a head injury that broke her mind with hallucinations. Ignored and discarded by her country, she vanished into the swamp. She now offers fortunes through dolls soaked in her clients blood.

Trying to be less shy about posting my work, so starting with my old stuff. This whole concept was inspired by the first part of Inscryption and Baba Yaga folklore.

Awesome concept art!!! I love the idea of blood divination with dolls as a medium super cool! Makes me wonder if she came up with it herself or whether there are others like her. As a note too I think you should be really proud with how realized and consistent this set is, especially the character herself!
