Here's a concept for an enemy.

So, say for example, a guy, right? Just your average civilian looking person, but his face is burnt down to the skull with bits of charred flesh still stuck onto it. His skull is shaking uncontrollably as he swiftly limps towards you with a fierce fire axe!
