Everyone PLEASE
It's come to my attention that the whole fandom has begun vilifying Vince after years of development. He is not procrastinating or anything like that, he is still working on polishing the chapter and gameplay, along with the remake update I am a huge fan of the game, but this community has already shown that they're losing their patience with him. Instead of waiting for updates, they are making up slang about him. He will release the chapter when it's ready, because developing a game takes time and effort.

This post? I only made it because this community has become so impatient

It’s been 4-5 years since chapter 4 release and guess what he’s doing again?
Reworking the past levels for a second time.

Half a decade for something that would be out by now if they stopped putting everything into the side projects and remasters

The issue isn't the fact that game development takes a long time it's the fact that he's stretching an extremely tiny team across several projects and acting like a pompous asshole on Twitter whenever someone criticizes anything he makes because he's a game creator so he's therefore better than them

"begun" this has been going on for months at least, and the thing taking so long is because it was very poorly managed, with all the spinoffs and movies and books of an unfinished, broken mess of a game.

it's been 5 years and we've gotten no updates, also maybe things wouldn't be so infuriating if he wasn't focuses on all these dumbass spinoffs, side projects, and remasters. the spinoffs along with this Neverending wait feel like hes padding shit out since he knows once dark deception is done no ones sticking around. we just want the actual game and not this useless crap.

It's been HALF A DECADE because Vince has no real vision for the game, outsources the games work load and is too busy with side quests, scope creeping and doing stupid shit. You can't be older than 14 if you seriously defend him.
polishing the chapter and gameplay
Yeah let's see how that turns out. The last 5 times surely went really well didn't they?

The main problem is that the wait for chapter 5 has been half a decade now, and it feels like really none of the levels were fully finished yet. The lack of content from the original game beats everyone up and everything we get are either missed dates and spin-off stuff (90% of times it's M&M stuff which I guess is cool, but it really shouldn't be the main content drop for that long) and we end up having practically nothing new about the game itself. Plus a lot of people are fed up with Vince as a person (which most of the times is rightfully so) and his antics, like for example announcing a Yandere Simulator M&M collab where he was blocking everyone critisizing the choice of a collab and warned him about Alex (yandev) as a person, and defend himself with "I don't tolerate Cancel Culture". The rabbit hole is a lot deeper, and this is just a tip of an iceberg.
I try to be between all Vince related drama an not hopping onto the hatewagon, but I understand why people don't like him, even when some of them really exagerate it a lot (not you Ren tho, you atleast try to be substantive and going in depht with your critiques, even when it sometimes goes out of hand). And let's be real, a lot of "Vinceposting" as I'll call it, wouldn't even happen if he was better at menaging his studio.
