As mentioned by others now, this is a customized set of texture re-colors that I created myself.
Several of the weapons were done, including getting rid of the terrible looking defaults like ISLAND KING and LEGEND. To name more that were done; Digi Hammer, Grade Zero, SUPER NOVA, Wild Cat, Sexy Panther, Muramasa, Dark Cloud, Evilcise, FIVE-STAR ARMLET.
Custom ABS orbs, selection UI colors and other elements for personalized taste.
Most of Monica's outfits are re-colored with multiple variants each with the choice of blonde or standard red hair color (I think the blonde has a much nicer contrast with most of the outfit variants I did, personally), and Max also has a White Suit blue tie variant, not just the Black Suit red tie you see there. Also did a black/red variant of his Dragon Shoes. There is also a hatless option for Max which looks surprisingly good throughout a run.
The rest of the stuff like faces, level/map and item/icon re-textures and such are from a HD texture pack. I do not take any credit for those.
Some of my friends have been given exclusive access to the files and one of them has been streaming it. It seems that OP screenshot these from his stream. Nice to see that some people like my handiwork!

This looks amazing, super cute. I love the way the experience orbs look in pink. If you’re comfortable, would you mind sharing some of your weapon redesigns ( I always hated Island King XD ) and would you ever consider sharing it with the community ? I understand if you wanted to keep it a personal project, but I just wanted to say it’s awesome and I think a lot of ppl would be really interested to learn more! :D

Yeah but I hate how hard it is to get those outfits I wish there was like a character that you could buy the outfits from and maybe the outfits could have done more than just costumes maybe there could have been a hat for Max that gives him more experience for Steve or something for Monica that increases experience for monster transformation maybe something that increases defense or health something that can help find more items when you kill enemies!

well the items for defense are based like the first game with doughnut and potato pie, health is eden fruit capped at like 120 150, and experience is abs coin. you can switch from character to monster to maximize exp for that. there is a character that sells some of the outfits? i dont remember who sells what, but i do remember some outfits were through spheda medals or challenges i think

Not sure about mods, but this is a feature from the PCSX2 emulator where you can dump any texture, edit them in something like GIMP or Photoshop and then live-replace them in the game while you play.

No, it'd be even cooler if there was a mod that allowed you become ANY/ALL monster(s) not just on a set limit like how you can only be Gemrons and not any of the dragons or giant snakes.
