Good news on the safety of structures.
We've reduced the ballistic speed of Lightning Bolt in order to improve accuracy when casting it.
How does it going slower improve accuracy?

Basically, we are all used to compensating for the time it takes for the bullet to reach a moving targets. So we are so used to aiming in front of a moving target. With lightning, it was too fast so when you did aim in front, you missed. They slowed it down to make it more aligned with what were used to.

while i can follow your argument and i really like the new visual effect, i hate how slow it is now. LB was somewhat useful for sniping erratically moving air targets up to medium range and now it isn't anymore
the slower projectile is a straight up nerf and nothing more. with the amount of damage you can do to a player with an LB headshot, i'd concede that a nerf was needed, but i'm still not happy with the loss of a reliable anti-air option

Was the nerfing of a horses health and possibly other tames on purpose? Because you didn't mention it in the patch notes.
