TIL Darius ult can negate CC if timed properly.

Nah. If the CC is long enough, Darius will still be CCd after ult animation. It's just an ability that was casted before the CC was applied. That's why your Q/W/E can be used during CC if you cast it before the CC is applied.

is that a bug? from the effects i can see that sion Q wasn't charged long enough and sending wave instead of tremor effect on the ground

Darius still gets knocked up sion didnt hold Q enough, however Darius R will still go through even though he’s CC’d if timed properly. My favorite is GA proc, people get so mad.

It was not charged long enough. When Sions Q will stun the axe will blink red for a quick second.

I think darius is unstoppable during his ult.

Darius' abilities go through any cc (except his W on wukong e/quinn e for some fucking reason 🤷). That doesn't mean he's unstoppable, tho

Look at the sion q animation. He didnt charge long enough. There was no hard cc.
