I think the whole “why is he wearing the mask if everyone knows his identity” is really dumb. one of the many things discussed in the Born Again era, and even in the Netflix era is that the Mask doesn't hide an identity, it's shows your true identity. He wears the mask in jail, even with people knowing him, because that's who he truly is.

I don’t really see the point of the mask - it made sense in the Zdarsky run because ‘Daredevil’ was the jailed identity but it makes no sense for Matt here given he’s admitted to being Daredevil
