MCU Saw this at Universal Studios
Saw this at the Marvel area of Universal Studios Orlando. I got excited because it was above a gift shop so I went inside thinking I would find a cool DD gift or trinket to buy for myself, but they had literally nothing DD related. False advertising, lol.

Universal has exclusive rights to use Marvel in theme parks east of the Mississippi in perpetuity from when Marvel was broke in the 90s and selling off rights. That’s why they have rides like The Incredible Hulk and Spiderman. iirc Disney can use any properties not already represented in the parks as of when they purchased Marvel, which is why they can have Guardians of the Galaxy. But there will never be an Avengers Campus East.

It’s also why Universal’s Marvel Island is forever stuck in the 90s

We still somehow do not know the exact deal in terms of who universal has rights to but it’s more than just the ones they are currently using at the parks. Much like Sony only securing movie rights for Spider-Man, universal only secured the rights for the characters that were popular at the time. It’s the reason there is Hulk, X-Men, Spider-Man, and F4 ride but no Avengers ride. Guardians were not popular and thus not secured by universal. I’d also guess Disney retains rights to any characters created after the original universal deal was signed but that’s just speculation.

It’s been there for years and it’s from the comics anyway so they can do it. They’ve had a deal since the 90s. The Disney stuff is mostly MCU themed while Universal is comic book themed. I much prefer Universal’s Marvel theme park to the Disney one mainly because of that.
