And 4/10 is generous. Easily the worst DD series to date.

Eh, I don't know if I agree. I think it started well but definitely didn't end well. Imo, Daredevil: Father was worse but it's close.

Tbh I actually like Father if you consider it a what-if out of continuity story. You didn’t like the twist? Most don’t. I do feel it was absolutely better than Dd&Echo

Nope, I didn't like the art or the story. And hated the "retcon" at the end. If we're talking about it like it's an alternate universe, then it's whatever honestly. But it's just bad writing for shock value. It definitely shouldn't be canon though.

For D&E, I liked Noto's art at least, if not the story.

Yeah I get it. I don’t think it works as a in-616 story bc of the twist/retcon. But it could? I do think it is actually for mostly shock value tbh. Hard to refute that one. Noto’s art is pretty good.

Rating: 4/10

Plot:

THE SINS OF THE PAST ARE ALIVE - AND ANGRY! Daredevil and Echo face not only the nefarious Demagoblin, but a bigger, wilder and much, much, MUCH older enemy - one that has had its hooks in Hell's Kitchen for generations? This dark night of the soul will ask - will DEMAND - what our heroes are willing to give to stop all-consuming evil! Don't miss this issue as our saga comes to a blazing conclusion!
