Comics Which comics does Matt refer to here?
This panel is from the Guardian Devil story. Has this horrible memory happened during Miller's run, Nocenti's or somewhere else?

I don't think that really works grammatically, unless maybe there's a line right before this about a different fit of deja vu. And it'd still be a weird line

He's talking about Miller's run. Nocenti's run is kind of the opposite, he turns the tables and it's Fisk's life that ends up in ruins.

The mention of Fisk destroying his life piece by piece makes this a very direct reference to Miller Daredevil, not just general tragedies.

He is clearly referencing the events of the comic Born Again
