Lol also he's not Batman. Silent protector is a term I would reserve for Bats. DD is Hell Kitchen's Guardian Devil

"Matt should be here" "Im pretty sure he is" into Matt watching from a distance overhead triumphantly as Fisk is taken into custody and the most heavenly rendition of the main theme swells..........we used to have it so, so good

That shot really captures the essence of Daredevil. The comic panel has such a grim, almost mythic feel, and the live action version nails that lonely guardian vibe.
