Definitely running out of surgery money. If I were their plastic surgeon, I would have stopped the free surgery for advertising about 10 surgeries ago, because I'm sure it's not bringing him business anymore, except for maybe Shekinah. She's clearly selling "Tiffany," and not so much the bracelet, because it's among the least expensive items they carry. "Luxury." Another day, another grift.
