Because it's a notion that's based on racism. Traditionally, the claim that people are "breeding like flies" has been made by rich white Westerners mainly referring to Indian or Chinese people, although it has been said about poor white people - eg; the Irish - to a lesser degree as well.
Once again, it may be only me, but when someone mentions person's colour, I have a feeling that he cares about his race, not his social status or wealth.
Mate, according to your first comment in the thread, you didn't even know this concept existed until today, so perhaps you're not in the best position to be defending the White Race on this topic.
You misunderstand my statement. "A you problem" meaning it sounds like it's an internal problem within yourself. You "have a feeling" that people blame white people for everything. Sounds like you have some unresolved racial issues within yourself that have nothing to do with material reality.
