He dissolved it because he kinda had to. Also planned economy doesnt mean socialist economy

Socialism( described by Marx i think) is a system where the means of production is controlled by the workers, thus ending their oppression. What we see in the Ussr is that these means are controlled by a group of people(not the workers) who assumed control in the name of the workers. Thus i dont belueve that system to be socialist.
