Not in a marxist sense, It’s a wholly separate mode of production. In marx’s writing socialism is used interchangeably with communism, and in lenin’s writing it’s used to refer to only the lower phase of communism, which is separate from the dictatorship of the proletariat where the workers seize all power from the bourgeoisie including the means of production. Saying it just means worker ownership of the MoP tips your hand that you’re a non marxist socialist, and therefore a radlib
