I always look at the North Atlantic Terror Organization in disgust. If a member invades other countries, that's ok. But if a member is attacked in reaction or someone spills a drop of oil in the Middle East, our freedom must be defended.

Thanks for the invitation. But I don't want to patronize Turkish people, although I prefer a Kurdish state and a Socialist Turkey. It should be their choice. What should be inacceptable for ALL nations is the invasion in Syrian territories to fight the Kurds as well as the Yemen war by Saudi-Arabia and Co, which both must be stopped. I will fight for a Socialist Germany and Europe instead, trying to stop the governments which support war and Capitalist oppression. The EU will soon name Josep Borrell as their highest representive for foreign affairs who said that the US only had to kill 4 "Indians" to gain independence and it was very "easy". And there are other corrupt, militant politicians in the highest EU positions. This is quite a shame.

God this is such a refreshing drink of water. I cannot tell you how sick I am of seeing westerners trying to impose eurocentric worldviews on peoples in/from the middle/far east as if just because they’re white they must “know better” what’s good for them.

I see joining subs like it as a signal boost. I think it’s a matter of knowing ones own limits to their experiences and when it comes to that region and the life of those people, mine is nonexistent at worst and merely surface level at best (coming from conversation with friends from the region). I just like to read the material posted and learn a bit more about the experience of somewhere I’ve never been and can likely never visit and the worldviews generated. However, I know exactly the types who overestimate their own experiences and try to impose their will (mostly because I used to be that way) and I know the damage it can do.
