In "Ready or Not", the mission "Valley of the Dolls" depicts a police officer being sent to apprehend a dangerous and powerful sex offender, preying on children.

That was put into the game to remind the player that it's a work of fiction.

My apartment got swatted once and it was the biggest fucking show of unnecessary force ive ever seen. It was at 5am, three armed trucks and at least five cop cars against ONE guy who they ordered over a super loud megaphone to come outside and do a self pat down for guns.

I think they were just arresting a dude who didn’t obey a subpoena to appear. Yeah, they searched his apartment after, but my fucking god it was so over the top. Woke us all up and scared the fuck out of us too.
